Dolan and Dolan successfully argued that the obligation of purchasers to pay dues in arrears pursuant to the by-laws of a homeowner’s association apply to purchasers who take title to property pursuant to foreclosure which resulted in a reported Supreme Court decision, Highland Lakes Country Club and Community Association v. Franzino, 185 N.J. 99 (2006).
