At Dolan & Dolan, Eugene Grinberg represents individuals, families, businesses, estates, and property owners in a wide range of litigation and dispute-resolution matters throughout New Jersey. His practice includes personal injury litigation, construction and property disputes, insurance coverage and bad-faith claims, estate and probate litigation, civil rights matters, commercial disputes, and other complex civil cases.
Eugene works closely with clients to evaluate their options, manage risk, and develop practical strategies for resolving disputes efficiently. When a negotiated resolution is not possible, he is prepared to aggressively advocate for his clients through litigation. He regularly advises clients through every stage of the dispute-resolution process, from pre-suit investigation and settlement negotiations through discovery, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal.
His experience spans state and federal courts and includes matters involving catastrophic injuries, premises liability, construction defects, insurance disputes, property rights, contract claims, and fiduciary and estate-related controversies.
Before joining Dolan & Dolan, Eugene served in clerkships within the New York State Unified Court System and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Those experiences provided firsthand insight into judicial decision-making, litigation strategy, and trial preparation.
A lifelong New Jersey resident, Eugene earned his bachelor’s degree from Drew University and his law degree from New York Law School. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, cooking, hiking, reading, and playing ultimate frisbee.
